Part-time opening in busy retail location at Plaza Frontenac. 10-25 hours per week. Day, evening and weekend shifts are available. Flexibility is a must! Seeking organized and outgoing people who are comfortable with sales and face-to-face interaction with customers.

General duties of this position:

1. Sell our products to customers and prospective customers at a busy retail location

2. Provide high level of service to customers by assisting them with sales orders

3. Basic cash handling/retail transactions

4. Assist with store displays

5. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of store and counters

6. Assist with opening and/or closing responsibilities

Teavana is currently hiring a key holder manager, team members, and barista.

Partners should enjoy a fast paced working environment, leading customers through a unique tea journey, and be skilled at learning new information quickly. Some duties of the manager and team member positions are to bring in your sales goal to play an integral part the overall goals of the store, and to balance your time with customers with opporational duties. Sales experience is bonus, not a requirement.
